Watch an episode of Murdoch Mysteries

yannick bisson - murdoch mysteriesSeries Three of the hit Victorian crime drama Murdoch Mysteries starts tomorrow night on Alibi, and to celebrate we've managed to wangle an entire episode from Series Two!

The new series begins with a bang as a confused Detective Murdoch finds himself pursued through the streets of Bristol by the local rozzers, only to find refuge in a pub run by Lisa Faulkner.

The One Where Friends Gets Dropped

Friends

Friends has been dropped by Channel 4 after 15 years. From now on viewers will have to look elsewhere for their fix of the Manhattan sitcom.

After watching and (re-watching and re-watching) 10 series worth of Rachel, Monica and Joey et al's antics, Channel 4 and E4 will stop airing the hit US show from autumn next year in order to free up cash to "refresh its schedule".

Head of Channel 4 acquisitions Gill Hay said: "After 15 years, 10 hit series and 236 terrific episodes, it's now time to say farewell to old Friends and welcome new ones in the form of comedy, drama and entertainment."

Damaris launch sexy underwear ad

damarisWho says doing the housework is a chore? Super-chic glam underwear brand Damaris are going all out to prove you can do the dishes and look sexy at the same time, as long as you're wearing their pants of course.

Featuring a scantily-clad model ironing, hoovering and somewhat incomprehensibly, laying unconscious under the carpet, the video is unlikely to be appearing during the Coronation Street ad break anytime soon, but you can see what you're missing right here.

Martha Stewart Works Hips, Spins on a Stripper Pole (VIDEO)

During a 'Martha Stewart Show' segment on the "S Factor" workout, an exercise regimen that involves stripping and pole dancing, Martha Stewart donned spandex and busted out a few of her best sensual moves.

Stewart and actress Sheila Kelley, who developed the workout, gyrated their hips, then took to the stage and took several spins on a stripper pole.

Watch the video after the jump.

Video: Top 10 sitcom scene stealers

Good characters are the key to any sitcom, but sometimes the best ones are the supporting cast or guest stars rather than the main characters.

We've compiled a list of our top 10 favourite sitcom scene stealers, and listed them in reverse order. Have a butcher's hook and let us know if you think we've missed anybody...

10. Lucille Two in Arrested Development
It's the funniest, cleverest sitcom of the noughties - and our jaws dropped when we saw that Liza Minelli was playing a caricature of herself in it. Her mere presence would probably have secured her this spot, but luckily she's very good as well...

It's Child's Play for Sara Cox and Joe Swash

One of the golden rules of acting is never to work with kids. They're completely random, don't do what you want them to do, and their minds are permanently set to 'nefarious'. What more do you need to torture celebrities with?

Bearing a startling similarity to Michael Aspel's early 80s quiz Child's Play (honestly, they're the same), the aim of the game is for the teams to correctly identify the word or object being either described or drawn.

A bit like a cross between Pictionary and charades, only with Sara Cox as your team mate rather than your gran...

Sexy Commercial Alert: Michael Bay Does Victoria's Secret

Michael Bay Victoria's SecretNot only is Michael Bay known for his kick-ass blockbuster movies, but he's also directed several Victoria's Secret commercials. His latest aired during the 'Victoria's Secret Fashion Show' Dec. 1 on CBS, and featured everything we've come to know and love about Bay: beautiful girls in skimpy outfits, heavy metal music, motorcycles and helicopters, guns and knives, a few explosions, a barren landscape intermixed with a lush mansion. He really goes for broke here.

The commercial is a good accompaniment to the show itself, which was directed by Hamish Hamilton, best known for directing edgy videos for such musicians as The Rolling Stones, Madonna and U2. He's also been tapped to helm the '82nd Annual Academy Awards' March 7, 2010 on ABC.

TV's most ridiculous perfume adverts

lust perfume - 1974. No, really...You've all seen them – the ridiculously extravagant and desperately romantic perfume adverts which increasingly grace our television screens around Christmas time, and project a vision of a world that is so out of touch for 99.9 per cent of the population it's untrue.

Well we decided instead of spending our time wondering why our other half doesn't adoringly follow us through Paris and passionately embrace us in an azure blue sea, we'll poke some fun at these high-class designer ads you've all seen before instead...

Sunday Night Project Video Exclusive

JLC and Alan CarrIt's hardly topical given Mel C hosted the Sunday Night Project way back in 2007, but good gossip is timeless - particularly when salacious and involving celebrity horizontal aerobics!

What better way to mark the release of the Sunday Late Night Project DVD than with a clip of former Spice Girl Mel C getting into a tangle about who Robbie Williams did, and who he didn't?
